T&I is currently working to launch myaccount.davidson.edu, which will offer self-service options around many common network account and IT service requests, including:
- Creating your network account and email address
- Changing your password
- Resetting access to your account if you've forgotten your password or lost account access
- Requesting and accessing common Davidson IT applications
Many of the myaccount.davidson.edu site's features will become available later in summer and fall 2018. In the meantime, contact T&I at 704-894-2900 or email@example.com with any questions about your account. Or, see below for more help about current site features.
New students, faculty and staff will use myaccount.davidson.edu to claim their network account. When claiming an account, you'll be prompted to choose an account password, and to accept terms/conditions related to your account.
When you're eligible to claim your account, you'll receive a claim code and a link to get started. The claim code and link will be sent via SMS to the cell phone number we have on file for you, or via email to the non-Davidson email account we have for you.
